With more than 17 years of experience in business management and leadership at national and international companies, Our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has the knowledge, drive, and vision to lead us. Under his leadership, Carlos has made S&C one of the most trusted and well-known companies in the medical imaging parts & equipment industry. Always a hands-on leader, Carlos even takes the time to hand-deliver parts on 12+ hour drives if that’s what it takes to solve a client emergency. As a graduate of Kennesaw University, Carlos worked his way up the medical imaging industry and even built & founded a company that would go on to do business internationally with hundreds of clients over the course of a decade. Working at this company for so long, Carlos realized that medical imaging industry had been stuck in the same patterns of providing subpar customer service for years. He wanted to implement new services, customer management teams and business solutions that were not yet being implemented anywhere else in the industry. With this logic in mind, Carlos and his wife, Kelly decided to start S&C Global Medical and built the company from the ground up. Carlos takes his experience of working in 60+ countries, six continents, and serving hundreds of clients, and applies that to S&C Global which focuses greatly on industry-leading customer service. Today, Carlos has created a new way of doing business in the Medical Imaging industry by focusing on people first. Whether it’s his clients, his vendors, or his family, being people-oriented instead of being strictly business is a welcomed change and a breath of fresh air in this industry.
